CEO executive Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a master of multitasking, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing competing priorities with grace and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and support executive-level meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Monitor deadlines, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of tasks
  • Assist in project management and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Respond promptly to emails and requests, often under tight deadlines

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus

Job Summary

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Istanbul with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Regional Sales Manager will be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies to increase market presence and achieve revenue targets. The role involves identifying and building relationships with new and existing customers, negotiating contracts, managing sales pipelines, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, market development, and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with power generation, engines, or industrial equipment is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
